What Are Titanium Flanges?
A titanium flange is a form of non-ferrous metal pipe end connector made of titanium or a titanium alloy. The two flanges are securely fastened together by bolts through the holes in the titanium flange. The flange is sealed with a gasket. The term "flange pipe fittings" refers to pipe fittings with flanges (flange or adapter).
In a pipeline system, Titanium Grade 2 Flanges connect pipes, valves, pumps, and other machinery. Additionally, it's easy to verify, alter, and clean. Titanium flanges are available in two grades: titanium gr. 2 and titanium gr. 5, which have respective elongations of 20% and 14% and densities of 4.5 g/cm3 and 4.43 g/cm3. Flanges made of titanium are typically bolted or welded together.
