Breathwork Training is an intensive, highly effective form of psychotherapy that focuses on getting in touch with the breath.

With our MODULE 1: BREATHWORK INTENSIVE- These 5 days of multi-style breathwork intensive can be taken as a life-changing healing retreat, or as Breathwork Training to gain credits toward certification. This workshop will provide you with a safe space to explore and let go of past events and feelings that limit us. As you expand your consciousness, your natural intuition can provide great insight, clarity, feelings of oneness, and bliss.

MODULE 2: PRACTITIONER EDUCATION- This 6-day Breathwork Practitioner Training can be taken as a transformative retreat to dive deep into the practice, or as part of the Breathwork Training to earn certification credits.

Likewise, we have many more modules…

What are Breathwork Practitioners actually do:

Our Breathwork practitioners use a variety of techniques to help patients clear their minds, relax their bodies and connect with their breath. The benefits of breathwork include improved concentration and mood, better sleep and more ease with anxiety and stress. Most people find breathwork to be both relaxing and highly productive.

There are many different types of breathwork training: yoga, mindfulness meditation, rebirthing therapy and neurolinguistic programming (NLP), to name a few. Each type has unique benefits, goals and techniques. It’s important to choose a program that works for you based on your desired outcomes. If you’re looking for stress relief, yoga is probably best for you. If you’re looking to develop your awareness of breathing patterns or to work through issues surrounding breathing patterns, mindfulness meditation might be a better option.

When people come to us to learn the art of breathwork as it is a form of psychotherapy that uses controlled breathing techniques to induce a state of relaxation and emotional calmness in the mind and body.  We help those people with anxiety and other mental health conditions, as well as those who are experiencing physical pain.

Those who wish to learn more about breathwork can enrol in a training course that will teach them how to do it. Alternatively, they can practice on their own by taking deep breaths and focusing on their breathing patterns with our Tantra Retreat.
