Fort Stewart housing, managed by Trophy Point Realty Group, offers a variety of apartments, duplexes, and single-family homes. Senator Raphael Warnock helped secure Congressionally Directed Spending to fund the new project and also included language in this year’s NDAA that pushed the DoD to examine its methodology for determining basic allowance for housing (BAH). This was a huge victory for Georgia military families.

The Coastal Ridge neighborhood offers two-, three- and four-bedroom homes and is within walking distance of Diamond Elementary School and multiple playgrounds and hiking/biking trails. The neighborhood also features a community pool, tennis courts and Taylors Creek Golf Course.
