Ingredients 

YogurtTahini sauce LemonBread Cumin Seeds- 1 teaspoonCoriander Seeds- 1 teaspoon(Spices of choice)(Veggies of choice)Oil- 1 tablespoonBroccoli- chopped 75 gmsRed Onion- sliced 50gmsCherry tomatoes- halved 100gmsChilli flakesOregano 

Preparation 

Preheat the oven to 200°C. Place the bread in a blender and blend until it resembles very coarse breadcrumbs.Put the mixture of seeds and spices in a bowl, season, and coat generously with oil.Place on a nonstick baking sheet, tossing and turning often for 15 to 20 minutes, or until a deep golden brown color. Cool it down.In a big bowl, mix the dressing ingredients, some spices, and a little water. Combine the dressing with broccoli, red onion, and cherry tomatoes. After all, this process uses the main ingredient, tahini sauce. Add some yogurt and tahini sauce to the above mixture. It will add a tanginess to your salad.Sprinkle the crunchy breadcrumbs and seeds over top and divide between two dishes.
