Ingredients Required:
- 1 frozen banana, cut into large chunks
- 3/4–1 cup unsweetened vanilla milk
- 3 pitted dates
- 2 tbsp. peanut butter
- 1/8 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 tsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
How to Prepare
- You have to add dates and half a cup of milk into the blender and make a puree.
- In the second step add the rest of the ingredients, with a half cup of almond milk add 3-4 ice cubes and puree till the ice is crushed.
- Pour into the glass
