Ingredients Required:

  • 1 frozen banana, cut into large chunks
  • 3/4–1 cup unsweetened vanilla milk
  • 3 pitted dates
  • 2 tbsp. peanut butter
  • 1/8 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 tsp. unsweetened cocoa powder

How to Prepare

  1. You have to add dates and half a cup of milk into the blender and make a puree.
  2. In the second step add the rest of the ingredients, with a half cup of almond milk add 3-4 ice cubes and puree till the ice is crushed.
  3. Pour into the glass
