You can eat and drink normally before coming to the hospital. You don't have to be sober.You are not allowed to wear jewelry during the procedure. It is best to leave rings, necklaces, bracelets and watches at home.  If the procedure takes place on your face, we ask that you do not use any cream or make-up.  If the procedure is performed on your knee or foot, it is best to wear a wide skirt or pants.  If the procedure is performed on your arm, it is best to wear a wide sweater.  Please leave money and securities at home.  Stop smoking, for wound healingIn some treatments, a medical photo is taken. A before and after photo of the treated areas.If you are being helped on or near the eyes, it is wise not to put in contact lenses

Do you use blood thinners?

Thrombosis

To reduce the risk of thrombosis (undesirable blood clot in a blood vessel), in some cases you will be given a syringe with a blood thinner during and/or after the admission that reduces or slows the clotting of the blood. If this applies to you, your treating doctor will discuss this with you.
