Look, decking supplies are not the cheapest supplies on the market, but once you have your deck, wow, it is well worth its weight in gold. And of course the value of your property goes up. The value of my home is definitely higher than it was, and if I was to sell my coffee shop, which I will never do because I love it so much, I know I would get a better price. The amount of extra customers that I get because of the deck, and the amount of return customers I get because of the deck, has very quickly paid for the deck. Both decks were so worthy of the investment.
