Hyundai Adds HX380L Excavator for Marble & Granite Application

The excavator is launched in the 38-ton segment and is designed for marble and granite mining applications.

The undercarriage is designed to work on standard quarry floors and underground mines used for blasting and extraction. The design allows it to withstand high-impact loads caused by blasting, while the hydraulic system provides excellent stability during machine operation.

The HX380L features a boom that can extend up to 20 meters long, making it suitable for deep excavations and surface mining applications such as open cast operations or strip mining projects. The machine also offers a maximum digging force of 20.5 Tons at a dig depth of 6.8 meters. It can easily handle the most challenging materials like granite or marble. 

The new scoop bucket can be used for loading and unloading blocks up to 22 Tons in size, making it one of the large size block handling bucket in the industry. It can also be used for digging trenches or mining applications and loading and unloading blocks from trucks and ships at ports.

The new scoop bucket has several features, such as:

-  Unique C shape of the bucket side profile allows easy loading and unloading of the various sizes of Marble & Granite blocks which is much more efficient than a standard side profile bucket.

- Longer scoop & bucket radius allows bucket to get easily under the load for ease of handling.

- Scoop profile & wider bucket provides proper resting & side support for Marble & Granite blocks.

- Inner, Side & Bottom Reinforcements adds rigidity and minimizes wear of the bucket shell.

HX380L mining excavator has the highest operating weight in its class. It has an operating weight of 37.2 Tons and can carry a maximum payload upto 22 Tons.

Hyundai HX380L mining excavator is equipped with variable power control with three power modes feature which helps to achieves up to 5% faster cycle speeds (than previous generation model) and excellent fuel efficiency.
