Independence day of India 2021: Annually this day is celebrated at the national capital Delhi at Red fort. As a part of the event, the President of India delivers an “Address to the Nation” speech on the eve of Independence day. The unfurling of the National flag and a speech by the Prime Minister starts the event which is followed by the Indian national anthem and ends with the march past of IAF (Indian Armed Forces) and paramilitary forces. Along with these, various sorts of parades and representations are exhibited in front of the public signifying the struggle for independence and India’s cultural diversity.
Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav ―A Government’s Initiative
On this Independence day, India is celebrating Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav which is a unique series of events organised to honor the nation and the struggle by all the freedom fighters. This Amrit Mahotsav was launched by PM Modi on the occasion of the 91st anniversary of Dandi March on 12th March, 2021. Further, it was announced on 25th July, 2021 by PM Modi himself on the program of Mann ki Baat. Then later in the starting week of August he took to Twitter and reminded the same to the entire nation.
One such event is the compilation of the national anthem. For this, people are invited to upload videos of the national anthem sung by them on www.RashtraGaan.in The compilation will consist of top 100 videos and shall be shown live on 15th August 2021. For this purpose the website has been created to bring the maximum number of Indians to this initiative and bring the most out of them.

However this year Respected Prime Minister Narendra Modi will Address the nation from Red Fort. Athletes who won medals at the Olympics this year have been given a special invite. Along with that all the arrangements this year will be purely dedicated to the theme ‘Nation First, Always First’.

Independence Day 2021: Liberty or right to freedom is the fundamental right of every human being. That’s why celebrating Independence day is important to show respect to all those heroes who gave their lives for our freedom.
But even after 75 years of freedom, no one seems content. Now people have become slaves of money, addicted to Intoxication, marred by diseases, and trapped in mental problems only because we have no knowledge about the purpose and freedom of our souls.
What Is the Independence of One’s Soul?
Everybody loves freedom in one way or other but we are entrapped in the cycle of birth and death and getting liberation from this cycle is the independence of one’s soul or what we can call salvation. In today’s scenario, we seem to have neglected the reason for birth and death and everyone is busy accumulating wealth, even though this wealth will not go with us after our death.
