Leander Paes (50, India) became the first Asian male player to be inducted into the Tennis Hall of Fame.

The Tennis Hall of Fame in Newport, Rhode Island, USA announced the list of inductees for 2024 on the 14th (Korean time).

Paes, who joined the Hall of Fame this time, won the men's doubles title eight times in major tournaments and reached the top of the mixed doubles title 10 times.

Collected all four major championship trophies in men's doubles and mixed doubles. The most recent victory was in mixed doubles at the 2016 French Open.
