Jared McBrearty, a Connecticut native, has spent most of his life in central Connecticut. He began working at age 11, doing farm work and odd jobs, and by 16, he was in construction, specializing in concrete. Jared quickly advanced to foreman and supervisor roles before launching his own concrete construction business in 2011.
As winter slowed concrete work, he began interior renovations with a close friend—who would later become co-owner of A1 Home Improvement. Over 15 years, Jared transitioned into home renovations and house flipping, buying, improving, and selling properties.
In 2022, he officially joined A1 Home Improvement, helping grow the company’s revenue by 4–5x and expanding its roofing, siding, and window divisions. Jared’s expertise spans marketing, sales, and installation processes. He’s a mentor at heart, passionate about helping others grow both professionally and personally. A true lifelong learner, he prefers a great book over TV any day.
