A proud Connecticut native, Jared McBrearty has spent most of his life in central Connecticut, where his strong work ethic took root at just 11 years old working farm and odd jobs. By 16, he entered construction, mastering concrete work and rising to foreman and supervisor positions. In 2011, Jared launched his first concrete construction business, later expanding into interior renovations and property investments, including house flips.
In 2022, he officially joined A1 Home Improvement, driving remarkable growth—boosting revenue nearly fivefold and strengthening the company’s roofing, siding, and window divisions. Jared’s hands-on leadership, marketing insight, and technical expertise have elevated both operations and team performance.
A lifelong learner and mentor, Jared is passionate about helping others succeed. With the launch of A1 Solar, he’s now combining decades of construction experience with renewable energy innovation to power Connecticut’s sustainable future.
