Jared McBriarty hails from Connecticut and kicked off his career at just 11 years old, taking on odd jobs and farm work. By the time he turned 16, he dove into the construction world, starting with concrete work and quickly moving up to foreman and supervisor positions. In 2011, he took a big step and launched his first concrete business. To keep busy during the slower winter months, he teamed up with a friend to tackle interior renovations, which eventually led to them co-owning A1 Home Improvement. Over the last 15 years, Jared has shifted his focus to home renovations and house flipping. Since joining A1 in 2022, he’s played a key role in boosting the company’s revenue by four to five times and has helped expand its roofing, siding, and window divisions. In 2024, A1 introduced A1 Solar, bringing together years of experience with experts from the solar industry. Beyond work, Jared is passionate about mentoring others, getting involved in his community, and spending quality time with his 11-year-old son, who shares his love for construction and soccer.
