Jared McBriarty, a Connecticut native, began working at age 11, taking on odd jobs and farm work during the summers. By 16, he entered construction, starting with concrete work and quickly advancing to foreman and supervisory roles. In 2011, he launched his first concrete business and later expanded into interior renovations with a close friend, who became co-owner of A1 Home Improvement.
Over the past 15 years, Jared has focused on home renovation and property investment, particularly house flipping. Since officially joining A1 Home Improvement in 2022, he has helped grow the company’s revenue four to five times while strengthening roofing, siding, window, and solar divisions.
Jared contributes across marketing, sales, and installation processes, mentors others, and values personal growth. Outside work, he enjoys reading, playing soccer with his 11-year-old son, and actively serving his community through parish work, the Knights of Columbus, and charity initiatives.
