South Korea's baseball team has moved up to No. 4 in the World Baseball Softball Confederation (WBSC) World Rankings.

The WBSC released the men's baseball world rankings on Friday, 토토 reflecting the results of the recently concluded U-12 Baseball World Cup.

According to the rankings released by the WBSC, the Korean men's national team is ranked fourth with 4025 points. Korea moved up one spot over Chinese Taipei (3991 points), which dropped to fifth.

The WBSC calculates the rankings based on a country's performance in international competition over the last four years, from the 12-year-old to the adult national teams.

South Korea fell from fourth to fifth after suffering a first-round exit at the 사설토토 2023 World Baseball Classic (WBC) in March.

WBC winner Japan (5274 points) remained at the top of the rankings. Japan hasn't fallen from the top of the World Rankings since 2014.

Japan was followed by the United States in second place (4654 points) and Mexico in third (4226 points). The United States, which won the U-12 Baseball World Cup, closed the gap on Japan to 620 points.
