Looking to Refinance Anyone Used a Refinance Calculator or Found a Great Lender

I’ve been looking into refinancing my mortgage recently and came across a refinance calculator to help estimate how much I could save. It seemed pretty useful, but I’m still not sure how accurate the results are. Has anyone here used one before? I’m curious if it gave you a good idea of what to expect or if I should rely more on advice from a mortgage company.

In my search for the right lender, I’ve found some good things about Trinity Capital Funding. They seem to have a solid reputation, and their refinancing options look appealing, but I’m wondering if anyone has any personal experiences with them—or maybe any other mortgage brokers who you’d recommend. I’m trying to make sure I get the best rates and a smooth process, but it can be hard to navigate all the options out there.
