Nickel Alloy 400 Sheet reducing environments its corrosion resistance is very good, but poor in oxidizing conditions. It is virtually immune to chloride ion stress corrosion cracking in typical environments.

Monel alloy 400 plate melting point is 2370-2460° F and can be used in temperatures up to 1000°F.
