Working alongside the AI Functions team, you'll be at the forefront of bringing SAP's Business AI Strategy into reality. Our AI organization supports SAP's customers in becoming Intelligent Enterprises, and you'll play a vital role in implementing our AI Winning Strategy.
Your Responsibilities:
- Coding and Debugging: Craft clean, efficient, and well-documented code while actively participating in debugging and troubleshooting activities with an ownership mindset.
- Peer Code Reviews: Contribute to the team's success by engaging in peer code reviews, understanding that any piece of code can impact the application.
- Software Development Lifecycle: Assist in the development, testing, and deployment of software solutions under the guidance of experienced agile engineers. Participate in the design and architecture of components, alongside engaging in code reviews.
- Deliverable Ownership: Engage in all agile phases to bring your code to life, including testing.
- Pipeline Ownership: Demonstrate hands-on understanding and experience with source repositories, Jenkins, and CI-CD principles.
Your Profile:
- Technical Skills: Hold an engineering degree with a minimum of 0-2 years of hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, EDA, Cloud, Threads, Redis, SAP BTP, and the Playwright test framework. Possess strong conceptual clarity of OOPs.
- Component Architecture: Exhibit a great sense of responsibility in architecting code pieces that run across all SAP systems for millions of users.
