• Supporting backend work of support functions, JV processing, Workflow monitor, CCM & PEGA monitor, and email queries.
• Working on Savings coordination, analysis of key figures, budget/forecasting, management reports, and presentations.
• Generating and distributing management reports accurately and timely.
• Developing MIS documentation for smooth operations and easy system maintenance.
• Collaborating with the reporting manager and business units to correct any issues with customer service delivery.
• Following up and closing pending queries, providing recommendations to update current MIS to enhance reporting efficiency and consistency.

Requirements:

To be eligible for this role, candidates must possess the following:

• Excellent collaboration and communication, analytical skills (recommended).
• Bachelor’s degree with an aggregate of 60%.
• Excellent communication skills both written & verbal.
• Basic knowledge of Excel, VBA, and PowerPoint.
• Flexibility to work the night shift or early morning shift.
