This natural selection has made mustangs exceptionally hardy. 

They thrive on coarse vegetation and can go days without water, traveling miles between sources. 

Their tough hooves, sturdy legs, and muscular bodies allow them to traverse rocky and arid terrain with ease. 

A Mustang's endurance is legendary - they play a key role in the 100-mile Western States Endurance Run, outpacing foreign breeds.

We believe these wild horses symbolize the very soul of America. 

Like the early pioneers, mustangs possess grit, strength of spirit, and respect for freedom that helped settle the West. 

When gazing upon a Mustang herd galloping freely through the sagebrush, one cannot help but feel a swell of pride in this magnificent, truly American animal.

Yet for all their beauty and cultural significance, mustangs face grave threats today. 

With increasing urbanization and demand for grazing land, their natural habitat has dwindled drastically. F

Estimates put today's American Mustang population at less than 25,000 compared to millions before westward expansion. 

Animals Kingdom seeks to raise awareness and support initiatives that responsibly manage and conserve these iconic symbols of wilderness for future generations.
