There's a myriad of diets that can be confusing. There are the Atkins ketogenic diet, Zone Diet, Weight Watchers diet, South Beach diet, low-carb diet as well as The Dukan Diet, many other. Dietary health shouldn't be difficult to understand and can be easily incorporated as a way of life and not only for a brief period of time. In the end, we all want to see lasting benefits.
What if healthy eating is meant to be well-balanced and a part of a continuous life style? Most people agree that a healthier diet is one that is based on fresh, whole foods, and not filled with processed or junk food filled with chemicals. It is for me living a healthy life that is mindful of the body's functions and the best way to maintain it. This will result in a clearer mental state, a healthier emotional overall well-being and helps prevent disease.
What I think of as "healthy eating":
Whole foods, less processed
No animal products
Plant food - fruits, vegetables whole grains, legumes and seeds and nuts
No refined food items - refined sugars, refined carbohydrates Free form fats

Research has shown a strong correlation between the intake of animal fats and various diseases, including leukemia, cardiovascular diseases, and diabetes, and the reduced chance of developing these diseases when eating a plant-based diet. Plant foods are more nutrient-dense. phytochemicals, which help fight cancer.

Tips on Eating
The concept of eating is pretty straightforward It's not it? Absolutely. There are a few fundamental, yet important guidelines for keeping your digestion in tip-top shape and at your peak. It might look like a checklist or a slick step-by-step process however, don't be concerned. I suggest you incorporate your ideas, bit by little. The results you see will encourage you to go on and to add more
Drink warm water in the early morning (preferably with lemon juice and honey) to stimulate your organs that are small. This assists the stomach in digestion because it has to be warm prior to beginning the process of digestion.
At the very least five hours between meals to ensure optimal digestion
Try to vary your meals, but be careful not to be too diverse during one meal.
Make sure to eat food at regular time every day.
Drink plenty of fluids during the entire day but do not drink between meals. The stomach has to absorb liquids prior to digestion and absorbing them, so taking a half hour to one hour prior as well as after meals, to drink any liquid that helps to improve digestion.
Take balanced meals and you'll notice that it helps you to avoid snacking. The consumption of snacks between meals can cause a restart and hinders digestion.
Eat your food with care and experience a sense gratitude and peace as much as you can while eating. My husband and I love to pray together prior to our meals.
It is a good idea to eat a light meal. Fasting is among the most effective treatments for people suffering from hypertension, diabetes, or high cholesterol. (2) The most effective meal to skip should be at suppertime.
The most hefty meal should be during breakfast and the lightest dinner meal is at dinner time. Sometimes, we're not hungry during breakfast due to an incredibly heavy dinner. Your stomach will be in ideal position to digest a big breakfast.
