The trade representation office acts as a "shop window" to advertise foreign goods without having any authority to bring goods into Qatar or sell them there. This enables the foreign business to market its domestically produced goods to prospective Qatari customers, brokers, or buyers by establishing a local presence. They are not in any manner now able to conduct local business in Qatar or permitted to advertise goods that were not produced by your business at the trade representative office. You must provide the parent company's manufacturing license for ministry clearance.
