The NTA will soon issue the UGC NET 2022 exam date and notice. After the selection procedure for the December 2020 and June 2021 combined cycles is completed, the NTA is expected to release the UGC NET notification 2022.
It should be noted that the UGC NET 2021 results for the combined December 2020 and June 2021 cycles have been released. Qualified candidates are looking forward to the UGC NET E-Certificates 2021.
The National Fellowship for Maulana Azad National Fellowship for Minority Students (MANF), National Fellowship for Other Backward Classes (NFOBC), and National Fellowship for Scheduled Castes (NFSC) UGC NET results 2021 have also been released by the NTA (NFSC). Along with the results, the UGC NET cutoff for 2021 was also released.
According to the NTA’s UGC NET result data for 2021, 43,730 candidates qualified for Assistant Professor only, whereas 9,127 candidates qualified for both the NET JRF and Assistant Professor. The final UGC NET answer key for 2021 can now be downloaded. From November 20, 2021, to January 5, 2022, the UGC NET test was held in three phases, covering a total of 81 subjects.
What is UGC NET?
The University Grants Commission National Eligibility Test (UGC NET) is a national-level exam used to decide whether individuals are eligible for solely Assistant Professor positions or for both JRF and Assistant Professor positions at Indian universities and colleges. NET was administered by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) on behalf of the University Grants Commission (UGC) till June 2018. However, the National Testing Agency (NTA) began administering the UGC NET exam in December 2018.
