WAPDA medical services are inviting applications from specialists doctors, dental surgeons, and staff nurses to fill in the vacant posts. The Workforce Allocation Plan (WAP) will be implemented on a contract basis.
Under the WAP, medical staff will be recruited and deployed to district hospitals, while specialist doctors and dental surgeons will be based at provincial headquarters hospitals. The first phase of the WAP will see the recruitment of 66 specialist doctors, 04 dental surgeons, and 83 staff nurses. These health professionals will provide care to patients in district hospitals across Pakistan. In addition, they will also contribute to the development of district-level health systems.
The second phase of the WAP will focus on the deployment of specialist doctors and dental surgeons to provincial headquarters hospitals. This will allow for the provision of more specialized care to patients in these facilities. The WAPDA medical services are committed to providing quality care to patients in Pakistan.
