The episode begins with a doctor telling Akshara that he will have trouble conceiving. Abhi is stunned. Abhi is shocked. She fears for her life and doesn't want to be a mother. Akshu calms the baby. Doctor warns that even if she does get pregnant, complications will occur, and she and her baby could be in serious danger. Akshu speaks to the baby. Doctor asks Abhi if he is okay. Abhi then leaves.
