If you gave us your signed Deed Poll for archiving as part of our Legal Copy and Archive Service, we can send extra legal copies from our archives. If your original Deed Poll is not in our files, you can request a replacement; in that instance, the whole amount you paid will be applied to the cost of the new Deed Poll. If you do not require a replacement Deed Poll, we will return the amount you paid in excess search fee.
The only people who may legitimately obtain copies of a Deed Poll from our archives are the person or persons named on it. The child may obtain legal copies of any Deed Poll on which they are mentioned, provided that they are now at least 16 years old.
