Sherry, tapas, and flamenco dancing... Jerez de la Frontera is the place where many parts of Andalusian culture and food come from. With Jerez, one of the best cities in southern Spain, Brussels Airlines has added to its network. Each year, more and more tourists come to the city and the area around it. Visits to the well-known Sherry bodegas and wine cellars of Tio Pepe, Domecq, or William Hubert will please wine lovers. Horse lovers will relish the famous Real Escuela Andaluza del Arte Ecuestre. Fans of cars can go to one of the many races at the nearby F1-circuit.
At the same time, Jerez is a great place to stay if you want to visit the coastal areas around Cadiz and Puerto de Santa Maria or the mountain towns of Pueblos Blancos. Also close to Jerez are the golf courses and high-end hotels of Novo Sancti Petro/Siclana and Rota, which are very popular with Belgians.
Jerez is the third place in Andalusia that Brussels Airlines flies to. There are several flights to Malaga every day, and there are several flights to Seville every week. Brussels Airlines already has a lot of flights to Faro, which is just across the border from Portugal. You can combine flights to and from the different airports to take a fly-and-drive vacation in the area.
