Mata Sahib Kaur College of Nursing: Your Trusted Partner in Education

Established in 1998, Mata Sahib Kaur College of Nursing is managed by the Education Society for Health Activities (ESHA), under the leadership of Mr. Charanjit Singh Walia. We are proud to be a highly respected institution in this region. Our nursing students have built a strong reputation, recognized for their skills and dedication both within India and abroad.

What makes our college unique? We go beyond just teaching modern nursing. We also teach about humanity and spirituality, drawing inspiration from Bhai Ghaniya ji’s selfless service. This special approach helps our students become not just excellent nurses, but also deeply compassionate and ethical individuals.

We have a strong history of success. Our General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) batches have achieved nearly 100% success rates, with many students earning distinctions. For example, in our September 2008 G.N.M. exam, 16 out of 47 students secured distinctions, and all others achieved first division. Our ANM (Multipurpose Worker Female) training, started in 2002, has also seen remarkable results, with 37 out of 39 students in one batch achieving distinctions!

Building on this success, we received approval to start the Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing program in 2008-2009. And from the academic session 2009-2010, we were approved to offer the comprehensive 4-year BSc Nursing (Basic) degree, which is what we are highlighting today.
