Though females have a longer life expectancy than men - 68.2 years for men and 73.2 years for women, and yet there are numerous reasons why women die sooner owing to carelessness throughout the years.

Women's health is connected to women's standing in society and the culture that develops within this framework. Several health complications arise as a result of the socioeconomic situation. Breast cancer, prostate cancer, PCOS, menopause, and other women's health concerns exist, but there are a few health ailments that we choose to neglect or overlook that are killing our women.

Women's bodies undergo significant changes throughout their lifetimes, resulting in different health problems for different age groups. Women are more vulnerable to mental health difficulties such as sadness, anxiety, and eating disorders during periods of physiological transition.

In maturity, sexual health concerns such as fertility, preventing STDs, and using effective birth control becomes more important. Some women develop health problems after menopause as a result of hormonal changes.

Overall, these variables have a negative influence on women's health, both mental and physical. Furthermore, a woman's poor health impacts not just her as an individual, but also her family.

Several and frequent pregnancies: Even though everyone is aware of a woman's nutritional demands throughout pregnancy, they are not satisfied, and several pregnancies, abortions, and closely spaced deliveries contribute to declining health and nutritional condition.

A pregnant woman should be given enough recuperation time to replenish the nutritional strength she lost during pregnancy and after childbirth. The uterine muscles weaken after numerous pregnancies and may fail to contract after birth. This disease can cause postpartum hemorrhage or excessive blood loss after birth.

Ignorance and illiteracy: Poverty, illiteracy, and ignorance all have a part in a woman's health. Poor hygiene can lead to a variety of ailments, including human papillomavirus (HPV) infection, which can lead to cervical cancer. It may also result in genital warts, a urinary tract infection (UTI), and other significant health problems.

Lack of Nutrition: Lack of awareness about dietary patterns throughout pregnancy and lactation phases is critical, however, most women are unaware of or uneducated about maternal and reproductive health.

More than half of women struggle from anemia, which is caused by malaria, hookworm infection, and a lack of iron and folic acid. The vast majority of births in India occur at home, and the vast majority of them occur without the supervision or advice of a skilled medical practitioner.

Women's Health Issues cover a wide range of gender-specific difficulties, including estrogen production, mental health, sexual health, and reproductive challenges. As their reproductive systems undergo enormous transformations, women experience profound emotional and physical changes. Women may take care of their health by eating balanced food, getting regular checkups, and living a healthy lifestyle.
