Here’s how easy it is to make sambhar using our masala:
1.Cook toor dal until soft and mash it.
2.In a separate pan, sauté your favourite vegetables (drumsticks, carrots, okra, tomatoes).
3.Add tamarind extract, salt, and Indian Chaska Sambhar Masala.
4.Mix in the dal, simmer, and finish with a classic South Indian tempering of mustard seeds, dried red chilies, and curry leaves.
