Jared McBrearty has spent his entire life in central Connecticut, starting his work journey at just 11 years old. He took on various odd jobs and spent his summers picking vegetables on a local farm.
By the time he turned 16, he dove into the construction world, beginning with concrete work. Thanks to his hard work and commitment, he climbed the ranks to become a foreman and later took on supervisory roles at several companies. In 2011, Jared took a big step and launched his first business focused on concrete construction. To keep himself busy during the quieter winter months, he teamed up with a close friend to tackle interior renovation projects. This partnership eventually blossomed into A1 Home Improvement, where his friend would later join him as a co-owner.
