Lim Sungjae and Shin Ji-Ae's self-care chart is also world class

Professional golfers Im Sung-jae (26, CJ) and Shin Ji-ae (36) are having a really busy year. It is overwhelming for them to compete in the U.S., but they are taking part in competitions in Korea to make a big push forward. 토토사이트

As of last week, Im had participated in 12 of the 16 PGA Tour competitions this season. He participated in the Korean PGA Tour Championship, which will take place in Korea from last 25th to 28th. At a competition hosted by a sponsor and a competition that he participated as a winner last year, Im even lifted the trophy.

Thorough self-management has paid off amid tightening efforts. Lim had a hard time adjusting to jet lag in the early days of the KPGA tour. Before the tour, he complained of fatigue, saying, "I don\'t usually drink coffee, but this time I\'m going to use the power of caffeine."

However, he did not drink coffee at the end. Lim Seong-jae said, "Caffeine affects players\' performance. I never drink coffee when there are competitions." Lim adjusted to jet lag by controlling sleep time, but recovered to his normal condition over time.

Shin is also strong. Starting with the Australian Women\'s Professional Golf Association (WPGA) Australian Big Open in February, she has participated in consecutive European Ladies Professional Golf Tour (LET) tournaments in Saudi Arabia. She then joined the LPGA Tour in Singapore (LPGA), Japan (JLPGA), and the U.S. (LPGA) in March, and then the KLPGA Tour (Doosan Construction Weave Championship) held in Jeju Island earlier this month. Since then, Shin has been participating in more competitions in Japan and the U.S.

What\'s surprising is that Shin never missed the cut in this year\'s competition despite the tightrope. In particular, she tied for fifth at the Pak Se-ri Fur Hills Championship in the U.S. in March, and tied for 23rd at the Chevron Championship, a major LPGA Tour event that finished on the 19th.

During the Doosan E&C Weave Championship, Kim Ae-sook, a Japanese-based management professional, said, "Shin Ji-ae keeps accurate sleep time (eight hours) during the tour. She goes to bed even at 7 p.m. if it\'s early in the morning. She\'s such an amazing player that she\'s scared of self-management."

They claim to be so aggressive because they have a clear goal. Shin is dreaming of participating in the Paris Olympics this summer. As of June 24, she must be among the top 15 in the world to be eligible to participate in the Olympics. Shin, who is currently ranked 19th, is moving back and forth between Korea, the U.S. and Japan to gain more ranking points. Lim aims to rank 50th in FedEx Cup points or 30th in global golf.

They do not stop until they achieve their goal. Lim will compete in The CJ Cup byron Nelson PGA Tour on May 2 (local time). Lim, who has to adjust to the time difference again, said, "I am a little tired, but (The CJ Cup) is an important competition for me. I will do my best by showing my concentration as it is hosted by my main sponsor." Shin Ji-ae also vowed, "If I had no confidence (that I could participate in the Olympics), I would not start the march."
