MG Hector Engine Specifications
The MG Hector still runs on a 1.5-liter petrol engine. It produces 141bhp and 250Nm of power and comes with either a six-speed manual or a CVT gearbox. Alternatively, there's a diesel option with a 2.0-liter engine, generating 168bhp and 350Nm of power, but it only comes with a six-speed manual gearbox. These engines meet the BS6 Phase 2 emission standards. It's important to know that many advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) are not available for the diesel versions of the car.
