The Seventy Week Prophecy given to Daniel along with a prophecy of Habakkuk, together reveal the year and season of Jesus’ Second Coming. Jesus’ Second Coming is 2,000 years after His death on the cross, so the Rapture is 1,993 years after His death. However, multiple Bible scholars differ on the year of His death. Yet they give us a span of seven years. The Rapture will be sometime within 2021-2028. We still don’t know the day or hour, but Rapture is very soon! And we can know the season too. So, get ready Church.

Some ways to prepare for the Rapture as our Bridegroom’s faithful Bride

          Be saved

Jesus said, “Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God” (John 3:3). The Apostle Paul explained how this occurs. Jesus died on the cross to carry all mankind’s sins. So,confess out loud with your mouth that you choose Jesus as your Lord and Savior knowing that He died sacrificially to wash away all your sins and then He rose from the dead to give you also eternal life. Then you are saved. (Based on Romans 10:9-10). Example for you to pray:

God, I have sinned. I had done and said wrong things. Please forgive me. I believe Jesus died on the cross to take all my sins upon Himself. I believe you raised Him from the dead to give me new life in Him. For all eternity I choose to belong to Jesus as my Lord and Savior. Amen

Be faithful to Jesus, as He is faithful to us

The New Covenant cut with the Blood of Jesus for all mankind is a marital covenant. That is why the Church is called His Bride. Jesus told His disciples that He would come for us. He said, “In my Father’s house are many mansions: if it were not so I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again(in the Rapture) and receive you unto Myself; that where I am, there you may be also” (John 14:2-3).

There are 26 signs of the coming Tribulation years which Jesus explained to His disciples within the prophetic Olivet Discourse of Matthew chapter 24. They all point to our present days. Jesus clarified their meanings. The full information is found in Touch of Heaven’s new book: The Expedition of the End-Day Prophecies. But primarily read God’s Word, the Bible. If a new convert, start with the Gospel of John. The world around us is moving more and more into the kingdom of Darkness. As you read, trust in, and live according to the Bible, then you will remain in the kingdom of Light, God’s Kingdom.

Be ready as the Bride of Christ

The enemy, Satan and his cohorts, have drawn many people and nations away from God in these last days. In this darkness, we must stay ready. In Matthew 25:1-13 there were ten virgins representing the Kingdom of God, the Church for the terminology of “virgin” represents a believer in Christ Jesus. But only the five wise virgins of the ten were taken at the Rapture. The other five left behind were called the foolish virgins. Both books: The Expedition of the End-Day Prophecies and The Bride Made Ready will assist you in being wise unto that day so Jesus will take you to your heavenly home as His faithful Bride.

About the Author:

Ever since childhood, Kesselman has been called to research. While a student at the University of Iowa College of Pharmacy, she was employed by a medical information service. She read medical and pharmaceutical journals and categorized their content to assist practicing doctors. A year after graduation, she moved to Maryland and was married. She and her husband, Michael, received Jesus as their Lord and Savior. Though she loved serving people as a pharmacist, she remembered her audible calling by God at eight years of age. He recalled her to research the Bible—our God-given travel guide to navigate this temporal life on earth successfully. She changed her career to researching the written Word of God, first teaching children, then adults and teaching conferences. Finally, she began writing books for those outside her local teaching domain. She is now retired but still uncovering God’s Word to this day, especially concerning the end-day events and God’s redemptive timing.
