Although the car is now a very common means of transportation, how much do you know about it? The internal structure of the car is complicated and difficult to understand, and everyone may not understand this point, after all, they are all professional parts. There will be eight sensors in the car, one of which has a problem, and the car will have various problems during the driving process.

Here are the eight sensors:

1. Airflow sensor: used to monitor the intake air volume of the engine and control the fuel injection volume.

2. Crankshaft position sensor: used to monitor crankshaft position and engine speed, control fuel injection, and ignition functions.

3. Throttle valve position sensor: used to control the fuel injection amount during acceleration and detect the throttle valve opening.

4. Intake pressure sensor: used to judge the amount of intake air and detect the vacuum degree of the intake manifold.

5. Oxygen sensor: It is used to detect the oxygen content in the exhaust gas to judge the rich and lean mixture, and to correct the air-fuel ratio.

6. Knock sensor: used to detect whether the engine knocks, delay the ignition time, and eliminate the knock.

7. Camshaft position sensor: used to detect the position of the camshaft, determine the top dead center of the compression stroke of a cylinder and control the sequential fuel injection and ignition.

8. Water temperature sensor: used to detect the engine water temperature and correct the ignition time and fuel injection amount.

Common faults of eight sensors

1. One of the common faults of the throttle position sensor: short circuit or open circuit of the idle switch; fault two: when the throttle position is installed and adjusted incorrectly, the idle switch will not be closed when the throttle is closed, on the other hand, the idle switch is in the throttle. If the valve is open a little, it is still closed; Fault 3: Due to the poor contact of the sliding contact of the resistor, there will be intermittent interruptions when the throttle valve is fully closed and then fully opened.

2. One of the common faults of the airflow sensor: the engine idle speed is unstable, the load will emit black smoke locally, and there will be a shift and flameout situation; fault 2: The engine is unable to handle the black smoke when the engine idle speed is unstable. , the same thing happens again.

3. Common faults of the intake pressure sensor: the fuel injection control can be carried out normally, but it will cause the mixer to be too lean or too rich, resulting in abnormal engine operation.

4. Common faults of the knock sensor: the ignition advance angle is too small, the start is difficult and the high speed is weak, and the knock sensor is damaged.

5. Common faults of the water temperature sensor: The most obvious fault is that the temperature signal of the hot car is displayed when the cold car is started.

6. Common faults of oxygen sensors: Oxygen sensors usually appear in a poisoned state, and it is very difficult to prevent them after they appear, especially for cars that use leaded car oil.

7. Camshaft position sensor: The common problems are that the ignition is not working, it is difficult to refuel, the engine is weak, the fuel consumption increases, the body trembles, and the fault light is always on, and the hot car is turned off.

8. Common problems of crankshaft position sensor: If it is broken, the rotation angle of the crankshaft cannot be confirmed, and the engine computer cannot receive the sensor signal. In the case of protecting the engine without ignition and fuel injection, in this case, the car will have signs of no high-voltage electricity and can not start the car.
