Jared McBrearty is a proud Connecticut native whose work ethic was shaped early. By age 11, he was doing odd jobs and farm work, learning the value of hard work firsthand. At 16, he entered the construction industry through concrete work, eventually rising to foreman and supervisor roles. In 2011, Jared launched his first concrete business, later expanding into interior renovations and co-founding A1 Home Improvement.
Over the past 15 years, Jared has shifted his focus toward home renovations and property investments, specializing in house flips. Since officially joining A1 Home Improvement in 2022, he has helped grow the company’s revenue four to five times while strengthening roofing, siding, and window divisions.
An avid reader and passionate mentor, Jared contributes across marketing, sales, and operations. In 2024, he helped launch A1 Solar, now a trusted Connecticut contractor. A devoted father, community member, and philanthropist, Jared leads with purpose—on and off the job site.
