He began doing interior renovation projects with a close friend, work that would eventually lead to a partnership and his involvement in A1 Home Improvement. This decision marked a shift toward the broader world of home renovation, setting the stage for the next chapter of his career.
Over the past 15 years, Jared has continued to evolve professionally. He moved further into full-scale home renovations and property investments, specifically house flipping. This involved purchasing homes, renovating them with care and expertise, and selling them to new families ready to plant roots. The blend of construction skill and business savvy positioned him as a versatile leader in the renovation space.
In 2022, Jared officially joined A1 Home Improvement, bringing his years of experience, leadership, and innovation to the company. Under his guidance and collaboration with the team, the business has experienced remarkable growth—expanding its revenue by approximately four to five times. Along with financial success, A1 has also strengthened its roofing, siding, and window divisions, offering Connecticut homeowners a more comprehensive and dependable service experience.
Jared’s influence at A1 extends far beyond operations. He has contributed to everything from marketing and sales to refining installation techniques and improving internal procedures. A natural mentor, he takes pride in helping team members grow, both professionally and personally. He believes strongly in continuous learning and self-improvement—a value reflected in his love for reading. In fact, given a choice between TV and a good book, he’ll pick the book every time.
In 2023, A1 expanded its mission once again with the launch of A1 Solar. The company quickly became a trusted solar contractor in Connecticut, combining decades of home improvement and construction experience with solar industry veterans who each bring over a decade of specialized expertise. For Jared, this new venture represents not just business growth but a step toward supporting sustainable solutions for homeowners across the state.
Beyond the worksite and the office, Jared is a dedicated father to his 11-year-old son. The two enjoy playing soccer together, and his son often spends time around the office or accompanying him on job sites—learning firsthand the value of hard work and community involvement.
Jared’s commitment to service extends beyond his professional life. He is an active member of his local parish and the Knights of Columbus.
