Jared McBrearty – Building Success, One Home at a Time

Jared McBrearty’s story is a true reflection of dedication, vision, and passion. Hailing from Connecticut, Jared kicked off his work life at just 11 years old and found his niche in construction by the time he was 16. He started with concrete jobs and gradually moved up to leadership positions, ultimately launching his own venture in 2011 and co-founding A1 Home Improvement, where he officially became part of the team in 2022.

Since then, Jared has played a key role in boosting A1’s revenue by 4 to 5 times and expanding important areas like roofing, siding, and windows. He’s also been a driving force behind the launch of A1 Solar, which has quickly become a respected name in Connecticut’s clean energy sector.

Outside of work, Jared is a devoted dad, an active community volunteer, and a mentor who is passionate about uplifting others—whether on the job site or in everyday life. He’s involved in his church, the Knights of Columbus, and lends his support to addiction recovery programs.
