Jared McBrearty, a lifelong resident of central Connecticut, began working at 11, doing odd jobs and picking vegetables on a farm. By 16, he entered construction, starting with concrete work and advancing to foreman and supervisor roles.
In 2011, Jared launched his own concrete construction business. To combat slow winters, he partnered with a close friend to offer interior renovations—a partnership that grew into co-owning A1 Home Improvement. Over 15 years, Jared shifted his focus toward home renovation and property investments, especially house flipping.
He officially joined A1 Home Improvement in 2022. Since then, Jared has helped grow company revenue by 4 to 5 times, while expanding roofing, siding, and window services. His contributions span marketing, sales, and installation improvements. Jared is passionate about mentoring others and supporting their growth in career and life. An avid reader, he always picks a good book over TV.
