I'm Caleb Houser, a freelance writer who's also working on earning a master's degree in clinical psychology. I discovered the value of self-discovery and growth through counseling and understand that it's a life-long process that's worth the work. My goal is to encourage others to make mental health a top priority, and help people create lasting change through mindfulness and cognitive behavioral therapy.
