They say price alone shouldn’t drive your decision to buy something. Of course, that’s right. However, it does remain one of the crucial factors. It had everything we ever needed in our dream car without pushing us out of our budget!
A couple of months ago, my wife and I were searching for 7-seater vehicles. After everything we saw and discovering that all the 7-seaters were beyond our budget, we decided to drop the idea and switch to hatchbacks. The first thing that caught our attention was the spacious rear and front seats with ergonomic settings. Next was the electronic power steering with audio controls for those seamless musical drives. Furthermore, the wide LED screen, abundant head and leg space, and the roomy boot impressed both of us.
The vehicle’s exterior was equally delightful. Some highlights included a sporty appearance, an aerodynamic design, sleek headlamps, and adequate ground clearance.
A Powerful Dual VVT Energy Engine
Renault Triber’s powerful engine was yet another aspect both of us appreciated. Its 5-speed manual transmission and peppy 1.0-litre, 3-cylinder petrol energy engine generated a power output of 72 PS with 96 Nm torque. The dual VVT system delivered maximum response at all revs and ensured optimal acceleration. Not to forget the excellent fuel efficiency and low maintenance cost of 40 paise/km* that made the vehicle ideal for us.

Safety proved another pleasant surprise. The vehicle’s excellent Global NCAP safety rating of four stars for adult travellers and three stars for child occupants convinced us about its safety quotient. Additionally, we discovered Triber’s safety features like four airbags, speed alert warning, ABS & EBD, rear parking sensor, speed sensing door lock, hill start assist (HSA), traction control system (TCS), electronic stability program (ESP), and tyre pressure monitoring system (TPMS).

We loved Renault Triber and all its features. But the price would be a decisive factor in whether to buy Renault Triber or not. Fortunately, we found Renault Triber well within our budget.
