  • Go to Windows Desktop > Select the relevant Sage Micro pay tax year.

  • Navigate to the Advanced tab and open the “Run as Administrator” dialogue box.
  • Once you've completed the above steps, click OK and Yes to save the changes you've made.

For Microsoft Windows Vista 

  • Click on the Sage Micro pay relevant tax year, and then pick the Properties option.
  • Navigate to the Shortcuts tab and then to the Advanced option.
  • Go to the Run as administrator menu and check the box.
  • Finally, click OK and continue.
