Hyderabad is witnessing the expansion of IT corridors from West zone of Hyderabad to the South and east of the Hyderabad, as there are no more Government lands available in the west IT corridors (Gachibowli, Nanakramguda, Hitech City, Madhapur). Dundigal is well connected to the outer ring road and is at close proximity to the NH44 and developing areas like Gundla pochampally.
