Regulatory affairs officer – Regulatory affairs officer handle the marketing and licensing of the food products. To launch their food product any company must meet the prerequisites set by international standards. Also if the food product is meant for pharmaceutical purposes then there might legalities involved. Regulatory affairs officers tend to look after that part. They work in close coordination with other food technicians to ensure that the product is not lacking in any way.
