The parallel awards show “The Creative Arts Emmy” will honor the industry’s low-profit creative artists over four nights on Emmys.com, starting from Monday, September the 14th to Thursday, September the 17th at 8 PM local time. There will be the fifth night of the award show on the preceding night of the Emmy Awards show, which will air on FXX at around the same time.

The show, which was expected to storm Emmy, has been nominated for a number of awards. Westworld (HBO)
The second season blew everyone’s minds, and the third season did the same. However, this year’s Emmy Awards will deal with the second season.

The Brian Cox and Jeremy Strong starrer is a prime contender in the Outstanding Series category and is believed to be in neck and neck battle with Watchmen. Both Strong and Cox have been nominated in the Lead Actor category, and Sarah Snook has stormed in the Lead Actress category. Three actors from the supporting cast are in the Outstanding Supporting Actor series; Nicholas Braun, Kieran Culkin, and Matthew Macfadyen.

Last year’s winner unsurprisingly was chosen ahead of Game of Thrones Season 8. This year as well, Jason Bateman show could very well turn it to be the winner, but it faces stiff competition from Watchmen and Succession.
Both the outstanding women of the show Laura Linney and Julia Garner, have been nominated in the Lead Actress and Supporting Actress category respectively.
The show is top-rated on Netflix and is one of the most-watched shows on the streaming giant’s platform.
Killing Eve (BBC America)
The show had made headlines when it had aired in April on BBC.
At this year’s Emmy, the second season is a contender for the outstanding drama series. Both lead actress Jodie Comer and Sandra Oh have been nominated in the Best Actress category. Fiona Shaw as well, is in the race for the Best Supporting Actress Award.
