The Marvel Cinematic Universe includes movies based on Marvel comic books. However, everything in the movies is not the same as it has been depicted in the comics. Several major events are different in the cinematic world from comic books. For example, Ant-Man and Wasp were two of the founding members of the Avengers instead of Captain America, as shown in the MCU. Hawkeye
Clint Barton, aka Hawkeye, is a famous MCU character portrayed by the popular Hollywood actor Jeremy Renner in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. He has different looks in the comic books, but his looks have been the same, especially the color palette in the MCU. Hawkeye only prefers black color in the MCU, while in the comic books, he wears various colors. Jeremy Renner has brown hair, and he is 5ft 8inch long. On the other hand, the comics show Hawkeye with blond hair and 6ft 3inch height.
Thor
Thor is one of the most important members of the team Avengers. The character of Thor is portrayed by one of the most famous Hollywood actors, Chris Hemsworth, in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Unlike Hawkeye, Thor has blue eyes and long blond hair in both comic and MCU versions. There is a difference in height between both of his versions. He is 6ft 6inch tall in the comics whereas, Chris Hemsworth is 6ft 3inch tall. Thor also lacks his iconic long socks and helmet in the MCU movies.
Iron Man
The character of Iron Man/Tony Stark is portrayed by one of the most famous Hollywood actors Robert Downey Jr. in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. According to the comic books, Tony Stark has a height of 6ft 1inch, but Robert is only 5ft 7inch tall without wearing his armor. Also, he had black or dark brown hair previously, which is not in the case of comics.
Captain America
Steve Rogers/Captain America in the Marvel Cinematic Universe is quite similar to its comic version. The character of Steve Rogers is portrayed by Chris Evans in the MCU. Both of his comic and movie versions have blue eyes and blond hair. However, Chris Evans does not always have a clear blonde in the MCU as it is closer to light brown color. Despite the difference in their heights of 2-inch, Steve’s both versions are quite similar.
Scarlet Witch
Scarlet Witch is another Marvel character portrayed by Elizabeth Olsen in the MCU, who has several looks in the comics compared to its movie version in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. She has been depicted with a headband in the comics, while the MCU version of Scarlet Witch does not make her appear with a headband. However, it is believed that she could appear with this iconic look in her upcoming television series WandaVision. Otherwise, the movie version of Wanda Maximoff/Scarlet Witch is very similar to her comic version. In the comics, Wanda has auburn hair, 5ft 7inch height, and green eyes. Similarly, Elizabeth Olsen also possesses the same looks except for the height as she is 5ft 4inch tall.
Black Widow
Black Widow/Natasha Romanoff is another very popular Marvel character portrayed by Scarlett Johansson in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Natasha has red hair color in the MCU and changes to blonde later. According to the comic version of Black Widow, she does not dye it blonde and changes her color to black instead. Natasha also has blue eyes, which is also a similar thing to her comic version. The only difference is height as the comic version of Black Widow is 5ft 7inch tall, while Scarlett Johansson is only 5ft 3inch tall. She is considered to be one of the shortest actresses in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
Spider-Man
The character of Spider-Man/Peter Parker is portrayed by Tom Holland in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Tom Holland looks like Spider-Man and Peter Parker. Peter Parker is not as tall as other superheroes in the comics – he is 5ft 10inch tall. However, Tom Holland has a height of 5ft 6inch/5ft 7inch. If we talk about his eye color and hair color, just like Tom’s comic version, Peter Parker has brown eyes and brown hair.
