Gurugram. Environment Protection Department BJP Haryana chief Naveen Goyal, in his reaction to the general budget presented on Tuesday, said that Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman has made a big announcement in the field of education in the country. This announcement of setting up a digital university will strengthen the education structure of the country. Now the students will not reach the educational institutions but the institutions will reach the students. Naveen Goyal said that everyone knows the way education was affected during the Corona pandemic. Digital education started in this period.
The trend of virtual education started. It was opportunity in disaster. This opportunity is now being extended by the Central Government. Digital University has started. Its first Vice-Chancellor Saji Gopinath has been made in Kerala on Tuesday itself.
Naveen Goyal said that a big announcement has also been made for the defense sector in the budget. Now a major part of the work in this area i.e. 68 percent will be given to Indian companies. Indian companies will manufacture defense goods. This is also a big step towards self-reliant India.
On the other hand, in the field of education, the One Class One TV channel program of PM-e Vidya will be increased from 12 to 200 TV channels. This will help in providing supplementary education in regional languages from class 1 to class 12 in all states. Along with this, the agriculture sector has also been promoted. States will be encouraged to revise the curriculum of agricultural universities to meet the needs of modern-day farming with natural, zero-budget and organic farming,
It has also been announced to run 100 Vande Mataram trains in the direction of smooth traffic. Under the Gati Shakti scheme, the Finance Minister announced that 100 new-generation Vande Bharat trains will be developed in the next 3 years. During this, 100 new cargo terminals will be built. To promote local business, it has been said to promote one station, one product. By expanding railways through PPP model, the country will get increase in rail facilities.
The government has full focus on increasing employment as well. It has been said in the budget to pay more attention to employment potential, e-skills, employment generation and recruitment in the small and medium scale industries sector. Apart from this, Naveen Goyal described the construction of 80 lakh new houses under the PM Awas Yojana as a big step. An allocation of Rs 48,000 crore has been made for this.
