On May 27th the American version of cheap PSO2 Meseta published on the PC to what many expected to be a playable launch dependent on the rousing success of this Xbox One version. To the dismay of everyone involved, SEGA and Microsoft included, Phantasy Star Online 2 was barely playable, and had numerous different issues, it had been hard to fathom how the Microsoft Store edition of PSO2 squeaked by without, in the very least, an open beta. Be prepared for a tale of my experience, by the PC preload, to the stable, playable game we expected a week ago.

For the ones that have adopted MMORPG's policy of PSO2, you'd probably be familiar with my adventures on XBOX One for this point. Then, in ways that were enigmatic and perplexing, the issues arose like a surprise Falspawn assault. I awakened Phantasy Star Online 2I was able to get in with no difficulties. Then came the unplayable lag at the lobby.

The lag was horrendous, I could barely move, it was as if I was playing with a slideshow. Thinking that this has to be due to launching day woes, I pushed, discovered the lag cleared once I entered a mission, and opted to remain confined to the gateway boats assignment terminal for the remainder of my play time. Two days later, with problems in sight, I tried to start Phantasy Star Online 2. Rather than Phantasy Star Online 2 actually starting, a tiny bar appeared underneath the PSO2 pub. At the time I did not know what the problem was, so I restarted the PC, reinstalled Phantasy Star Online 2, and was off and running again, until the problems with unrecoverable space began.

The additional remaining folders located in other folders and secured by system or trusted installer permissions was not just annoying, and also deleting the folder, it was time consuming. Over the next few of days, I wrestled with deleting those folders, reinstalling Phantasy Star Online 2, playing for a while at a lag filled reception, and very little from SEGA or Microsoft was being done to rectify the issue.

As most well understand at this time, the Microsoft Store is the primary cause for the problem related to Phantasy Star Online 2 no more functioning, even following successful installs. Fixes from the neighborhood were advocated to bypass the launcher, or utilize PSO2 Tweaker to get Phantasy Star Online 2 running more reliably and smoothly, but even with PSO2 Tweaker, the issues were still hit and miss. Many users discovered that PSO2 Tweaker simply added another degree of buy Phantasy Star Online 2 Meseta problems to purge.
