Didn't feel like exercising, woke up late so couldn't exercise in the mrng, by the time it was evening I felt like giving up and procrastinating but then I watched Greg plitt video named ‘transformation mentality', this guy speaks truth and it pierces the heart, he said that everything that is desired upon takes everything u got, u got to give it your all. So I just went into the arena and started my workout, in bw the sets I felt like giving up but at that time I envisioned my dream, my end state of where I want to go and I kept going. So here i am.

Day 2 workout done and dusted
57 pushups 510 mountain climbers.
