If you work in a restaurant, you know how dirty the tile floors can get. And you most likely clean them every night after work.

Although, you are missing something. The grout in-between the tile. If you are the owner of the restaurant or have worked there a long time, you might recall a time when the grout was white, not the dirty brown color it is now. That dirty brown color you see is a result of many years of imperfect cleaning.

This is undesirable because the grout can collect bacteria and germs that get tracked all throughout your restaurant. Plus, it doesn't look the greatest.

Getting them cleaned can either be a really easy process or a harder process.

If you take the harder route, you will need vinegar, a cup of warm water, dish soap, a rag or sponge, a rough handheld brush, and baking soda.

First, pour some vinegar on the grout and let that soak in.

Then mix together the water, a small amount of dish soap, and baking soda in the cup and pour that over the grout.

Finally, take the brush and scrub on the vinegar and baking soda mixture until the dirt and grime has been lifted out. And take your rag or sponge and wipe the floors clean.

There you have it, with a little bit of elbow grease, you have much cleaner floors.

Now for the easy way, hire a commercial cleaner! Most commercial cleaners can easily remove all of the stains housed in your grout. They can also clean your whole restaurant while they're at it.
